Change of size: Where possible I am always happy to exchange sizes, however if that item has sold out and I am not able to make one in the required size due to a lack of fabric availability then a store credit will be offered once the incorrect item has been returned. Prior to ordering you are welcome to ask any questions regarding sizing or measurements, due to this we do not cover return shipping for change of size.
Faulty item: if you have a fault please send through an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know. We reserve the right to fix the fault before offering financial compensation If the fault can not be fixed then a store credit will be given once the faulty item has been returned and received by us. Return shipping is covered by us for this.
If the incorrect item has been sent to you and differs from what you had ordered please send through an email and we will correct our mistake. Return shipping is covered by us for this.
We do not refund for change of mind, but there is a possibility to swap the item for another one or store credit may be offered in certain circumstances. We do not cover return shipping for change of mind.
Shipping International: Billow and Sage do not take responsibility for untracked packages, unfortunately once your order has been shipped it is out of our hands and we are unable to take responsibility or find your order. However if you are international (outside of New Zealand ) you can choose to have your order tracked by adding the "Express shipping Upgrade" to your cart
